Sweet and Scary

My work started by taking different terms that started with the word sweet and illustrating the polar opposite. I was inspired by horrific imagery, compositions, and text design in various horror movie posters to achieve a unified look in all of my posters. I chose horror movie posters as my overall style to push the fear factor in the irony of my illustrations. I used acrylic paint on watercolor paper, then digitally added the text into each of my posters.
